Q&A | Stefie

I'd like to do a brief Q&A interview (kind of like the Proust Questionnaire that appears on the last page of every issue of Vanity Fair) for each person that is featured in Four Tines and a Napkin. I'll volunteer myself first :]!

MEAL YOU WISH YOU CAN REPEAT BUT SOMEHOW CANNOT
The #7 sandwich from a European-style panini deli called Zams: lightly grilled slices of chicken on a soft Italian baguette topped with Swiss cheese, mushrooms, and a little mayonnaise, spread with whipped butter over the top part of bread, sandwiched inside an industrial panini grill, then toasted to perfection--since all locations have been closed, won't be able to have this sandwich again unless I recreate it!
